Refund Policy

Refund Policy

A deposit equal to one hour of the desired booking service is required to secure all bookings. This deposit is applied toward the total balance of the booked service. This deposit is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled by the customer less than two weeks before the date of the booked service. If the customer cancels more than two weeks before the date of the booked event, they can transfer the deposit to a new, available booking date. If the booking is cancelled by Preacher Santa, the deposit can be transferred to a new date within the current booking season if available. If a service date transfer is not available or not desired by the booking customer, then a full deposit refund will be issued by Preacher Santa.

At Preacher Santa, we understand that emergencies do happen. If you do experience a last-minute emergency that results in the cancellation of your booked service, please contact Preacher Santa directly to discuss refund options.
